All orders placed are shipped from our distribution centre in the Netherlands. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email. Please allow for 1 to 2 business days for order processing. Please note that we are unable to process orders on weekends and public holidays.

Orders are usually shipped using a tracked courier service. Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days from dispatch.
