main responsibilities

• offering the best in class customer experience to anyone visiting Espace. 
• supporting customers according to their needs, in an enthusiastic, genuine, warm way and ensuring that we meet their expectations. 
• being a ciele athletics product expert you share product knowledge that meets the customer’s needs. 
• processing sales, returns and exchanges as well as refunds and credits when necessary.  
• receiving and processing new products as well as restocking the space when required.  
• offering solutions to any problem that might occur throughout the day.  
• providing feedback to the team about workflow and processes on a regular basis.  
• ensuring that products are presented in a way that meets our highest standards of merchandising. 
• considering social and environmental outcomes in all decision making. 

requirements / qualifications 

• bilingual (french and english) with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages. 
• experience working in a customer service environment (an asset). 
• ability to stand and walks during long period of time, up to 8 hours. 
• ability to lift safely boxes up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.

• Work schedule may vary, you have to be willing to work on mornings, afternoons, nights and weekends.
