OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a Sales Manager – International to join our commercial team as we enter an exciting next stage of growth in our international distributor business.
In this role you will lead, coordinate, and develop international sales organization, driving sustainable growth across multiple markets. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Sales, this role is central to aligning people, performance, and strategy at an international level. Prior experience and success in growth in Europe is a necessity.
You will be responsible for managing and empowering multicultural sales teams, ensuring consistent execution of the commercial strategy while fostering collaboration, accountability, and a strong performance-driven culture.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive Growth & Market Expansion
• Execute the distributor growth strategy across new and existing markets with prioritization on Europe
• Manage the full sales lifecycle; from GTM planning, seasonal launch, delivery oversight and sell thru results
• Partner with the Global Head of Sales and global team on network development plans and market prioritization
• Collaborate with marketing and product to build and refine sell-in and sell-thru
Lead & Inspire
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring they meet performance targets
• Provide guidance and support to partners on distribution-related matters, including inventory management, logistics, and compliance with brand standards
Execute with Excellence
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distributors business, including minimums, marketing investments and payment performance
• Track and maintain consistent business review presentations across the entire distribution network
• Establish a regular and frequent communication stream across all global partners
Own the Numbers
• Lead distributor forecasting, reporting, and analytics to align sales targets with strategic initiatives.
• Manage budgets and profitability across markets, optimizing margins and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key distributors to unlock long-term growth.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in wholesale sales leadership
• Proven ability to grow markets and strengthen brands in apparel, headwear, or accessories.
• Deep understanding of distributor business models and global wholesale landscape across run, outdoor, sporting goods and lifestyle channels
• Proven success in driving growth in the European market.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building lasting partnerships.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with strong forecasting and planning abilities.
• Proficiency in sales tools and systems (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM/ERP, etc).
• Organized, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
• A passion for leading teams, building markets, and delivering results.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) and fluent knowledge of French.
